By using CallyAgent (a service provided by Outreach Boosters), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Service Description

CallyAgent is a cloud-based AI voice automation platform designed to make and manage phone calls, transcribe conversations, assess caller intent, and facilitate appointment scheduling on behalf of businesses. It is accessible via a dashboard with features like campaign management, call logs, agent performance feedback, and CRM integrations.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the use of AI agents and data handling.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform or use it to perform unlawful or unethical calling practices.

4. License & Ownership

All intellectual property related to CallyAgent—including software, designs, code, and trademarks—is owned by Outreach Boosters. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform for their organization’s business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

CallyAgent and Outreach Boosters will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed business opportunities or customer dissatisfaction.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. Termination may also occur for non-payment or prolonged inactivity.

7. Modifications to Service or Terms

CallyAgent may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in U.S. courts.
